Washington, DC -- Congressman David Davis today announced that S.R. 31 in Mooresburg will receive 500,000 to upgrade surface transportation.
“I am extremely pleased to see that the Department of Transportation has invested in Hawkins County to upgrade S.R. 31, said Davis. This grant will greatly improve safety and efficiency on this stretch of roadway in Mooresburg proving to be beneficial for the First District and the Tennesseans who travel on S.R. 31.
