American flags are available for purchase through Congressman David Davis's office. For an additional fee, purchased flags may be flown over the U.S. Capitol. To purchase a flag, please complete this order form and mail it in with your payment. Payment must be in the form of a check payable to Congressman David Davis Office Supply Account. Please mail your check and order form to the following address:

Congressman David Davis can provide an American flag to non-profit organizations and can have the flag flown over the Capitol. Please send the request on the non-profit organization letterhead.

PLEASE NOTE: The demand for flags has greatly increased after September 11th. It is recommended that you contact the DC office at (202) 225-6356 to check on the availability of the flag you are ordering.
